Gold Star Inspection

Wallingford Auto Park's CPO or Certified Pre-owned Vehicle Program is comprised of vehicles that we offer for sale that are no more than 7 years old and have no more than 80,000 miles. A Carfax report is available for everyone of these vehicles.

Our CPO vehicles go through a 108-POINT INSPECTION, CERTIFICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS, which we refer to as "GOLD STAR," and is completed by experienced ASE certified technicians in preparation for sale. This certification process is organized into ten categories:

- INTERIOR                                               - BRAKE SYSTEM
- ENGINE/ENGINE COMPARTMENT      - SUSPENSION
- FLUIDS/FILTERS                                   - EXTERIOR
- MECHANICAL                                        - COSMETIC
- ELECTRICAL/LIGHTING                       - MISCELLANEOUS

This "GOLD STAR" certification covers all operational and cosmetic aspects of the vehicle and includes a stringent road test. A copy of the completed, approved inspection checklist is available a the customer's request.

Our CPO vehicles comes with a dealership warranty and available GE extended service contract, up to 7 years/100,000 miles, providing added peace of mind. Additionally, most of our vehicles have manufacturer's warranty remaining, depending on their age and mileage.

A comprehensive list of information is professionally displayed on the window of each of our CPO vehicles for added convenience, similar to what a customer would find at a new car dealership.

Our CPO program includes EZ FINANCING with all the leg work handled by our professional staff which have access to a competitive list of finance sources to satisfy most every credit score.
